So if 91% of the total change in market value is from the land value increase, is it pointless to protest?
Still pending but the neighbors on either side of me went up 25% and 30%... At least I'm capped.
I'm curious how the poor's are gonna hold on to their land in certain ITL spots. As much as we're complaining, I might be out shopping again soon 
Mine only went up 2.75% in Copperfield. I guess all the drug busts and bar fights don't make the land value shoot up.
^^Yea, seriously. I gotta wonder how devastating this could be to some ITL landlords. I see this weeding out quite a bit of rental houses in my hood. Just guessing though.
