I guess the Party City will be coming from Medallion across NW Highway. Academy will be nice, but pretty disappointed in the others. When I looked up that company's other projects in Houston, I remember their tenant mixes were pretty "meh".
There is a fantastic Aggie dentist located near the SEC of that intersection though.
