Can't believe it took this long on the thread to mention the sauce! It is awesome!! The marbled brisket covered in sauce with a cold Coors Light... just does not get any better!

Quick aside: The first time I went, the gentleman behind the counter asked if it was my first time there. I said it was. He handed me Stiles Switch koozi. I said thanks, do all first time customers get a koozi? He said yes, if you're an Aggie. I asked how did he know. He said he saw the ring.

Gig 'em Stiles Switch!

Went to Stiles Switch for lunch today. The Thorndale sausage, beef rib, spare ribs, beans, and potato salad were really great. The brisket was kind of "meh".

I received a free Koozie because I was wearing my A&M shirt.

9/10, would eat way too much BBQ there again!
