It was free ice cream cone night or something. Texas Ave in CS was a parking lot. I got stuck in that traffic. There were people literally walking around on the street like it was a parking lot. I guess kids forgot spring break was over.

Suckers! They could have paid $70 for two people to eat at Gringo's and gotten a free ice cream cone there instead.

It is. I just forgot I lived in a college town. No biggie. Just thought it was funny at the time. At first I thought it was some kind of block party but my daughter quickly chimed in and said it's free DQ cone night and she'd like to get out and go get one. I just laughed. Yes, went to the one on 29th. Went in though - the drive thru was stupid crazy
Probably less than $40 at Jason's Deli ... and free ice cream.
