I have a major download I need to do TODAY (about 15gb). Where I live, we only have Frontier DSL with a max download speed of 3mbps. I need to find somewhere (coffee shop, library, etc) where I can download this a lot faster instead of waiting 10 hours

Most libraries have wifi.

We provide internet to Blue Baker on university but im not sure what speed they have guests limited to.

If you have a laptop with an ethernet port, ypu may be able to plug into a plug in the SCC on campus.
