We have used Entec Pest Management for years at home and at the office. Great folks.

+1 for Nightingale! She is amazing and you will not be disappointed. We used to use Venus when Jennifer at Nightingale worked there but our service went down hill when she left. We decided to use her when she started her own gig and it hasn't been short of stellar. Give her a call!

Jennifer with Nightingale ... Venus totally went downhill. The last time they came out the guy had no idea I was home (I didn't answer the doorbell having just gotten out of the shower). He took 5 minutes wandering pretty aimlessly around the back yard and then left ... and charged the full price.

I was happy with Venus because Jennifer was my tech.
Jennifer left Venus and started Nightengale.
Loyal customers readily followed.
Last I talked to her she was looking for another tech/assistant to add to her team because she has been busy.

Can you message me about this? I'd like to understand what happened and offer a refund if you were billed for a service that didn't happen. It's pretty hard for our technicians to issue an invoice without doing a service, but not impossible. Anyway, if its an issue, we definitely want to get to the bottom of it.

We all switched from Venus to Nightingale to get Jennifer back!
My service just stopped when Jennifer left and months later I called to ask why no one had scheduled my quarterly appt. Then they scheduled my 2 houses (they are next door) on different days. Finally i gave up and asked for a refund for the rest of the year.
Jennifer is also a gem with pets. My dogs absolutely loved it when she came to visit.
Jennifer is awesome! She is attentive and very thorough. I definitely would recommend her.

How strange. I've been with Venus for at least 15 years and I didn't even know Jennifer left. Service hasn't changed at all. I actually feel like they are very on top of it! Sad to hear not everyone feels the same!
I've also had great experiences with Venus. They've been very knowledgable and responsive, and Scott even came out a number of times on the weekend a couple of weeks ago when they started a pest treatment late in the week.
