Depending on your physical condition, you might be better off doing it yourself....just went through a similar situation (and ended up doing it myself).

As the area's population explodes, my guess is that local businesses like gutter services have their hands full more than enough, so that they don't feel the need to return calls or show up. Hopefully this isn;t the case. good luck.

Called Seamless Home Products last Thursday. Estimate done yesterday and work should be completed within a week. He did state that larger jobs are generally 1-2 weeks out after estimate is accepted.
