anybody have a guy that does a good job trimming back the dead on palm trees? I have a yard guy that does my grass, but he didn't do a very good job a few years ago trimming my 3 palms (didn't have the right tools and saws), so not his fault. Thanks.

I'm in on this too. Mine has gotten too tall for the pole saw even if I'm on a ladder.

If you find anyone that can do this,,,please post their information. I have two sets of neighbors that have these trees and they are a total eyesore because they haven't been trimmed. Anytime we get lots of rain and wind, the palm fronds end up all over my yard.

Accessing the palm tree canopies seems to be the most difficult part because most tree companies in this area don't specialize in climbing them without causing damage. Call Dictson Tree at 979-575-4496 for an estimate.

Edited to add:
You might want to consider pre-planning for homeless rats.

And yellow jackets like to make nests under them too. I trim my own but my palms are short enough that I can do it with an extension ladder.

Yeah I used to do my own, but they're too tall now and I'm too old!
