Can anyone recommend a cleaning service for rental property move outs?

We are going to have a very tight window to move out of our rental house (3br/2ba) and would like to delegate the cleaning to a through and trustworthy professional.

What's a ballpark figure for a 1250 sqft 3/2?

It would be my guess that its pretty standard to want to see a place before giving a quote.

As a rule it's better to look at it because some move outs in this town are horrendous. My standard for 3 bedroom/2bath (1500-1800 sq foot) is 2 people 4 hours for $199. (8 hours of cleaning)

CS Maid, do you also do move out type deep cleaning jobs for people that are not moving out of their homes, but just need a good, deep cleaning of the things we don't have time to get to? no carpets.
