I like to go to Resale & More. It's a Texas and Southwest Parkway. In the same shopping center as Kroger but over near Harbor Freight. They have both men's and women's.

Not sure if it's still open, but Nearly New Fashions on Texas in Bryan was great when I needed to find work clothes on the cheap a couple of years ago.
My wife has sold a bunch of clothes to Claire de Loon. I think that's how it is spelled. It's in the shopping center on Briarcrest at the corner of 29th.
there are 2 Goodwills... yes I'm serious, never know what you'll find there.

Still negotiating a lease, but for children's clothing resale, my wife is going to be opening her second Kid to Kid location (first location in Houston near the Galleria) in Bryan/College Station later this year.
