Who would you recommend? Air blower is working but compressor outside is doing nothing.

If nothing is working outside then it could be a capacitor, contactor, tripped breaker due a compressor fail, fan motor seized causing compressor to overheat and trip. My bet and what I always see is first of the hot season a lot of caps blow.
