Sorry if this has been mentioned, but want to make sure I get this correct. I was told that I need to go into the office and wait to speak to someone. Do I need to fill out and send in a form first?

When I protested a couple years ago, I went in to the office and spoke with them. I brought what I needed to protest the appraised value (photos). I did not send in anything in advance.
