Look up Rebecca Sellers. She's a mom who teaches lessons in the summer.

I was not pleased with her. Several times she made excuses and our lessons were far apart this my child didn't learn. We started over every lesson.

Aerofit has a one on one intro program that lets your child gain some confidence and breathe right before you put him the beginners class. Not sure if that's the kinda thing you're looking for.
What level of swim lessons??
