We're looking for a new house and found what looks to be a perfect candidate in Castlegate. I was all excited and showing it to my husband online when we saw that the HOA fees are listed at $300 a month. Is that a typo and it's actually $300 a year? We only pay $200 a year where we are now!

$300 a month is half of what the property taxes for the whole year would be!

In Castlegate Two you can be part of the Aquatic Center , that raises it to over $600 but you get to use it

That makes FAR more sense than $300 a month -- unless they're going to mow my yard, wash my windows, and take out the trash for me!
