It's where all that new development at the corner of University and College Ave across the street from the campus is.

Both Zoe's and Ruggles will provide an uptick in healthy eating options for BCS. Glad to see them both coming to this busy growing area.
I agree. Healthier options are key. Hoping a few more non fast casual restaurants are added.

Are Ruggles green and Zoe's counter service or full service?
Both are counter service.
Ruggles Green is more than I want to spend for lunch, but the college kids seem to have a higher restaurant budget than I do.

Won't Century Square primarily be considered a residential complex? Are they likely to have parking to accommodate visitors from the "townies" without having to use their parking garage?
We went to Zoes last night. You order at the counter and they bring it to you. We liked the food. It was a nice, healthy option. Parking there was horrendous, though. I'm certain parking will be better once the garage opens up.
Seriously how long does it take to build a garage? That should have been the first thing completed.
Absolutely love Zoe's! The steak kabobs are so fat and juicy! Best in town!
