Ornlu, has the developer talked to Trader Joe's? I understand they put one in another SEC college community that did not strictly match their demographic model and it is doing well. I do not recall the location. What local demographics miss is the non-local revenue that flows through students and visitors to the community. A Trader Joe's or maybe the Sprouts speculated about previously would be a nice fit there.

I have no idea. Last time I talked to Midway was in 2014, which was shortly after Whole Foods said no.

Kraut you might want to study the demographics at Traditions and Miramont. Lots of retired with disposable income. You think there are tons if people with schoola age kids there?. Not when its BISD.

I have to admit we nixed living there (Traditions) due to schools.
