The Mugdown is putting on a musical in Rudder Auditorium to benefit Veteran groups! Corps of Cadets: The Musical is an original show written by a current cadet, contracting with the Army this summer!

All proceeds are going to The Lone Survivor Foundation and Aggie Rings for Veterans. Tickets are on sale now at the MSC Box Office in person or online.

Everything from writing, directing, producing, choreography, set design, and more is entirely done by students. The production showcases incredible talent from freshman through seniors, cadets and nonregs, with professor and former student cameos! The family-friendly show is lighthearted, funny, and entertaining.

Come out to appreciate the arts, share a laugh with the community, and support our veterans!

Will this be appropriate for a 10 year old to attend?

Family friendly! Appropriate for all ages!

I know its April BUT April 1 came and went!

Who thought this was a good idea? It's just going to be put on social media and portrayed negatively as "this is what A&M is" even though the Corps is only a small part of A&M.

I think a raffle or cake sale would have been a better way to benefit veterans groups. This looks atrocious.

Terrific show -- fun and funny! From audience reaction, it seems to have been well received, and it looked nearly sold out for both shows, so lots of money was raised, too.

It was entertaining, funny and well done for as it was only developed in 10 weeks! Kudos for the cast! Would love for it to be an annual event!
