You might try one of the repair places, such as Victor's on Texas.

When I retire I am going to do this. I keep pushing my dry cleaners to add it as a service. Drop off my shoes like my laundry and pick them up nicely shined.

some of these basic services are simply gone from today's market

you might get lucky a find a shoe shine at a posh hotel or airport

beyond that,,,no luck

I know it's quite a commute from here, but this made me think of Manhattan. There are shoe shine guys on lots of corners - with the full set up. And if they have no customers, they don't think twice about shoe or boot shaming people. And it works!

The Quad?

Used to be an old guy at the Hall of Fame that shined shoes. I think his name was "Sonny." Or you could just learn to do it yourself. Doesn't take too long once you get the hang of it.
