Looking for someone reliable with their TABC license to work an event. Preferably someone with bartender/serving experience. Any recommendations?

For the most experienced and knowledgable; along with responsible, I would go ask the staff at Obannons. Many of them have been tending for 4-8 years.
If you just want someone to pour drinks, any of the local bar staff should work.

Any other recommendations? Really looking to hire an individual instead of going through a bartending services company. The companies provide a lot more services than I need. Looking to pay about $15 an hour.
I've told you. If you've asked and they have declined then go ask other bar's staff.
