Dangerous dogs are already banned in College Station. Banning intact dogs won't help the situation. What you want is enforcement of current laws, not new laws that will also not be enforced.

Dog parks are funded by city taxes. Citizens with "intact" and "nonintact" (weird words) and no dogs pay these taxes.

Highly suggest people who do not like this should start their own PRIVATE dog parks.
