We are designing gourmet omelet and pancake stations in the coming weeks. I expect we will have them set and running mid to late October. The goal is to have our center room evolve into a more elaborate brunch setting going forward.

We are phasing improvements in at a slow, steady clip in the pursuit of maximizing quality and value.
