Mad Taco is nearly invisible from University and Texas, yet still does okay.

I think this thread has confirmed that good restaurants (well managed, good food and service, reasonable prices) can more than make up for bad location.

What prompted me to start the thread was seeing comment after comment on sites like Yelp, where people predicted a restaurant's demise because "you couldn't see it from the road." It appears that this is most certainly not the case. Thank you all for your data point contributions.

Love Remnant but don't understand why it might be hard to find. It's at the corner of two well traveled streets.

SIAP, but there was never a curse on the Fowl Digits building.

I understand. I'm from out of town and didn't have any issue finding it.

I think the Swamp Tails location is fine.

And do you think the location of Stover Boys is what caused it to fail?

If Swamp Tails fails it's not going to be because of location.

Nope... I was there for THAT one.. I blame Obama.
