I need to get some of my residential privacy fence replaced, so a tear down of the existing and replacement. Just looking for a standard 6' privacy fence, probably cedar. Anyone have any idea what a good price per foot is? I probably only need about 180' replaced.

I like to take on some of these type projects myself, but I just can't muster up the enthusiasm for doing it in this heat, football season approaches, and I don't want to wait until spring.

In Feb we were charged $2 LF to demo and stack at curb. The replacement fence was 6' cedar, steel post, 2x6 treated baseboard, and 1x4 cedar trim on top this was $21 LF. Gates were $65 each.

For a 3-rail 6 foot cedar fence with 4x4s in concrete I've seen pricing anywhere from $16 - $22 per linear foot, including demo and haul away.

About $20.50/ft which included some cap and trim. A few months ago.
