Anyone build with or live in a SBD Home, David Schular? Looks to have built several homes in Creek Meadows area.

Curious about quality and how working with Mr Schluar was.

I would live in a David Shuler house in a second. He is awesome. I have had friends who build with him and he is fantastic to work with I hear.

Having worked with mr Schuler on many occasions and been in near every home he's built since 2006 I can honestly say he does a very good job as well as his contractors. He's about his homeowners.

I live in a Spirit Design Build home and it is very well built. I would highly recommend him as a builder to anyone. Also, I am not related to him, longtime friends with him, or anything else. I bought a house from him 3 years ago, and I am happy with the house, FWIW.
