Anybody available in town for less than 100$ for older devices (like S4) or for tablets?

It depends on if its only the glass or if the lcd is broken also. For instance on an s4 the glass is $10 for the parts or $ 80 for parts if the lcd is broken. But removing the glass without breaking the lcd is non trivial. So most charge ~$100 and make money if they can replace the glass alone or break even if the lcd breaks. You probably break 10 before you have enough practice to successfully change the glass by itself.
