Which begs my astonishment at neighbors whose sprinkler systems are still running and have been throughout our wet spell.

We've had visitors surprised that our sprinklers are still running...but then we point out that it is our septic system.

I'm guessing that isn't the case in Pebble Creek, however.

Location between Bryan and Hearne..... 3 inches Monday in a little over 1 hour...Total so far in May is 13 inches...........

Same here. They were going last night while it was down-pouring.

3.1 in Brenham on north side of town.

2.85 inches between 6:15pm and 6:50 pm monday evening.
1.9 inches between 11:30pm Sat and 5:30 am Sunday morning.
May total is 10.3 inches. May has been wet as hell.
YTD is 25.1 inches.

I have a Lacrosse Weather Station that gives pretty good readings.
Location is 1/4 mile from the intersection of SH47 and Leonard Rd.

We came within 1/16" of flooding last night. Front yard is a mess. Still looking for my lawn mower.

1.5" in last nights storm. Approx 7" so far in May. 1/2 mile west of Texas World Speedway.

2.5" Monday night, 2" early Wednesday morning. Williams Creek.

Doug, I'm in the same area and my weather station only measured 1.13". I think some of the nearby tree cover blocks it a bit.
