We have a bluetooth speaker that recently quit while we were playing music. It can also be used as an amplifier for a guitar. It has two microphone jacks also. I cannot get anything come out of the speakers. My phone shows that the bluetooth is connecting, but cannot get any sound. Does anyone know someone who works on these or may have an idea of what is wrong. I have a hard time believing both speakers went out at the same time. I can send a picture of the machine if needed. TIA
