I posted this same question a little over a year ago but I asked for people that had personal experience to reply. I wanted to know what they liked about their realtor. Most responses gave a name & number & a lot of the responses were advertising for their own services. I live in DFW so I posted my request on that board & I received an AWESOME referral. As I said I live in DFW & I wanted to sell my house in Aggieland. Madeline Stiles could not have done a better job & I can be a little picky. She responded to all of our questions & gave excellent advice when the buyer made some ridiculous requests. Her communication skills were the best. She called, texted, & emailed constantly & timely keeping us updated. I own multiple properties & she is by far the BEST realtor I have ever dealt with. Her mobile # is 979-574-89 nine seven.

I personally know Madelyn Stiles and Kathy Massey from Century 21 Beal. Kathy helped me find my house. We kept being outbid on houses but she persisted and I got a great house for less than the appraised value.
