i own an outdoor wedding garden... and it's rained about every three days since feburary.. and all my bluebonnets died cause of the rain..

Silly question perhaps, but do either Bryan or College Station have any sort of catchment system to trap and store excessive rain water? I assume no, but I've been fascinated by such things after much time spent in Arizona and New Mexico. It seems catching as much of this heavy rain as possible and storing it is a good idea...but maybe unnecessary here.

Maybe we can invert the Dome!

I have rain barrels, works great for plants needing it in the summer. Not so much for large grass areas and such.
