I had posted on here about an incident that happened with them and was contacted by Jared. I am happy to say that they stepped up and really helped me out! I want to thank them and to let everyone know that I am one happy girl now!

Glad to hear it.
Last time I had a less-than-steller interaction with them (wanted to drop some coin on a new bed, frame, headboard, linens, etc.), their service and reaction on this forum sucked. Went down the street instead.

We have had nothing but great experiences. Highly recommend.

We bought five beds from him. Service at store was great, the delivery was on time and delivery guys were awesome.
