About 9:15, heard two explosions. Went outside to take a look and a plume of smoke and then fire. I think it's at the City of Bryan oil recycling facility off of Waco St.

Looks to be, driving through the adjacent neighborhood lots of cops talking to locals about half a mile away. Maybe somebody shot something towards it?
Heard same thing. I heard more like 5 explosions, though. 2-3 I think then went outside and about 15 minutes later there were another 2.
Didn't Bryan have an electrical substation or something burn down a couple years back?
Looks like at least three garbage trucks were lost.
