the legion of food trucks seems to be taking a foothold here and slowly growing. that is a good thing! i know it depends on what you're in the mood for, but who's your fave go to food truck?

Of the "legion of three," I'd go with Big Daddy Z's as well. Agree that Madden's was far and away the best when it existed.

Agree that Madden's was the best. Can't wait for Mad Taco to open!

Madden's new restaurant. Located at Jane and Cooner.
Got to try them at Taste of Aggieland. They are great. A little different in that they are served on flatbread rather than tortillas.
I like Madden's and Peter Madden, but opening up a taco shop within a mile of Torchy's and Fuego's might be the same mistake that Fowl Digit's made.
OH MY GOD YES! best. tacos. ever. Torchies and Fuego have NOTHING on these tacos. Not even in the same realm.
Work in BoA building and have watched construction for months. Can't wait to try Mad Taco.
Leaving BCS this morning, heading toward Austin on 21, and I saw a tractor trailer hauling a food truck. So, while I'm passing him I'm thinking maybe it's being towed somewhere for repairs. But no, the 18 wheeler had a food truck sign on it too. Apparently some companies drive in food trucks on tractor trailers and let them ply their trade locally, then load them up and drive them to other towns.
