If the Customer Service link is a wild goose chase, just call you credit card company and dispute the charge every time it hits your account. It is flipping ridiculous when companies surround cancellation attempts with so many barriers it becomes easier to just continue service.

Just go up to HEB at tower point, ask the guys who harass everyone.
