The College of Vet Med is hosting a Benefit Garage Sale for Martha Huebner on Saturday, March 28th from 8am-12pm in TAMU Parking Lot 36 (at the Vet School at the corner of University Dr. & Agronomy Rd.).
Martha has had Type I diabetes since childhood. She was seeking a preemptive kidney/pancreas transplant since this past April. In July, she was placed on the active kidney/pancreas transplant list, an due to her deteriorating kidney condition, it was necessary for her to start dialysis in December.
We are raising money for her kidney transplant, and one of the ways is through this Benefit Garage Sale.
