Hey while we're asking. What about chicken liver or gizzards? Haven't found good ch. Liver since Popeyes stopped selling. Or gizzards since Walmart. Don't suggest Chicken Express. That breading sucks.

Not sure if it's on the menu every day, but I've had it at Butler's Soul Food. I imagine Shannon's probably has it too.

Edit: beef liver & onions, that is. Wouldn't surprise me if they occasionally had chicken liver/gizzards, but I have no idea.

What you need to do is go to HEB and get some chicken hearts. Batter and fry those up. That's some good eaten, right there.
