And just to update: for a bit, when Skybeam got it working, speeds seemed to actually be faster than they had been.

But we're now into Day 3 of an "Outage" per their tech support line, which doesn't allow us to talk to tech support, just let's us listen to them tell us that "Bryan, Midlothian, and San Angelo" are in the outage. That's Midlothian which sounds like "sloth" in the middle. Sheesh.

We have been swamped since the transition. We are building as fast as possible into new areas and adding customers like never before. We added nearly 60 customers in the last month.
