My husband and I are semi-regulars at the bar at BJ's. It's quiet, convenient (in case there's an emergency at home and we need to get back quickly) and the "late night" happy hour menu is pretty decent. We also like The Republic, Murphy's Law, Downtown Uncorked and Proudest Monkey. Oh, and Benjamin Knox is nice, even if you aren't wine people. They have small selection of decent beer.

Izzy's on Harvey road is pretty good, it's kinda like a low key Dave and Busters. I know a lot of older crowds that go there. Plus dogs are allowed certain days. Or always can go to the tap, there's always a good range of adults there, from students to old Ags.
