Will driving north on Texas Ave past Rosemary, we saw a young man running south on the sidewalk...barefoot and looking behind him like someone was chasing him. Further up the road, close to Fritella's, we saw emergency vehicles. Anyone know what was going on?

No telling what goes through some people's heads. We just witnessed a crime yesterday and the people committing the act thought it was just a big joke.
