We are new to the Bryan/College Station area from Ohio. We are looking for advice on choose-and-cut Christmas tree farms and types of Christmas trees in Texas. Any advice on types and places to go would be great. Thanks.

Dewberry Farm in Waller (about an hour). Trees are expensive, but they have activities for kids.

Just west of Caldwell there is Kristoff's Christmas tree Farm. About 30 minutes from BCS. http://www.texaschristmastrees.net/kristoffarm.htm
