Since probably about 6 p.m. yesterday, four TVs (with 4 different PRN110 STBs - at two separate locations with two different account holders) receive an unauthorized when switched to suddenlink channel 759 (HD-Travel). All other channels in the HD basic list work fine. Travel channel 51 works fine. All standard stb reset procedures have been run (by SL themselves on one of the STBs) Suddenlink support said they will have to send out someone to the first location (tuesday :rolleyes. They have yet to be contacted about the second location.

Anybody else noticing the same problem?

I CONSTANTLY have issues with my TiVo boxes, to the point that I got tired of calling them......ended up canceling their service

I just called SL, talked to a human and stepped through the entire process w them - an individual named will said he would report it as an 'area problem' and said he would have some folks look at it.

Maybe this might work before having to go through the 'home visit' tues...

The appt was from 1-5 - .required taking afternoon off.

Turned on 759 - same as before.
Waited for the ' repair tech'
At 1:12 pm it started working.
Never saw ' repair tech'

Our internet has been out all day in south CS. Anyone else? Cable is fine.
