Come out to Wolf Pen Creek festival site in College Station on Saturday, Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. - 1p.m. to celebrate Smokey Bear's 70th birthday with Texas A&M Forest Service.
Bring the kids out to Smokey's Fun Zone to play games and learn about wildfire prevention. While you are there check out the firefighting equipment and fire trucks on display.
Be sure to stop by the information booths as to learn about our natural resources and what you can do to help prevent wildfires.
Smokey Bear will be in attendance, so you can tell him happy birthday, get your photos taken, and of course get a huge bear hug.
