We're always looking for breakfast options to try after church on Sunday. We've tried the typical Cracker Barrel, Casa Rod, Papa Perez, Fuego...any other recommendations? Nothing too expensive and they need to be open by 9:30.

Hullabaloo is great, but the wait can be 1-2 hours, depending on the weekend.

The bottomless is now $10 pitchers. Still a good deal. More champagne than orange juice.
$10 pitchers were actually a better deal than bottomless mimosas for our group. YMMV.
Peppers or La Carreta off hwy 21 just west of Texas Ave. in Bryan. Across a side street from one another on south side of 21. Can't miss with either one.

Waiting at Hullabaloo isn't a standard experience. They have coffee, mimosas, a deck, live music and board games / connect 4 / cards freely available, at least on Sunday mornings. I've never waited 1-2 hours. I usually wait 20-30 minutes for bar seats.
Blackwater sounds amazing, but they don't open until 11:00...we get out of church and are ready for breakfast at 9:30.
could of sworn we went earlier on Sunday, but meh those hangover get in the way of actual true time.
Yeah Blackwater technically serves brunch not breakfast.
