Does the festival start tonight or tomorrow? There is some info about parking and those pet adoptions for tonight, but I wasn't sure if anything was actually happening or it was just vendor set up.

I believe it start tomorrow, I know messina hof is gearing up to start in the AM.
I will edit my post on the pet adoptions - it is confusing. The special adoption pricing is good tonight at the Bryan Animal Center AND this weekend at TX Reds.
According to http://tr.blog.bryantx.gov/schedule-2/#fullschedule tonight is just setup for the cook off.

The festival is Saturday and Sunday this year for the first time.
What is the parking situation? Someone told us that all parking was prohibited in the downtown area and that they were encouraging using the shuttle from Blinn. Will the parking garage be open?
