Is it the busiest Ford service dealer in the country? Is it the best place to drop off my Ford Diesel for service? I dropped off at 7:30 am yesterday and don't think it's even been looked over yet.

I could tell you my Varsity Ford story but it would just make me get mad again.

Terrible, terrible service there.

I would talk to the manager. You SHOULD be given a realistic time frame as to when it can be looked at OR if the truck is driveable, give you the option to make an appt. for another day.

Varsity Ford sucks.
Even if they give you a time when it should be finished, don't believe it! I've had an 1 hour recall part take DAYS. Never again.
I second Bud Cross. Purchased my last vehicle there with Wes. Practically painless - they were great.

That is not correct, Varsity has been independently owned by Tony Majors for over 25 years who just sold half his interest to the current General Manager

They lost our business years ago. None of what I have read surprises me.
I forgot to add - when I finally did get to pick up my car that time, I had to wait because they lost my keys. They keys were finally found IN ANOTHER CUSTOMER'S VEHICLE. Like I said...never again!
Varsity lost my business 10+ years ago. I buy my fords at Henson Ford in Madisonville and they do all my servicing. Well worth the drive. 1-888-208-5504
will never buy from varsity again! rude, disrespectful, arrogant, sales person, who consistantly cursed. had i not been more then half way thru the sale, i would have walked out. i could not believe they would hire someone like as a " internet sales manager". after my most recent by from caldwell ( which was painless and probably the second best buy next to team navasota) i got card in the mail saying the guy was in the neighboring town dealership.....
