Is it the busiest Ford service dealer in the country? Is it the best place to drop off my Ford Diesel for service? I dropped off at 7:30 am yesterday and don't think it's even been looked over yet.
quote:No they did not. I called at the end of the day yesterday and they had not gotten a diagnosis. They said they were very backed up with Diesel right now. I'm not impressed so far, worth driving to Navasota in the future?
Did they not tell you when they would expect to look at it?
quote:Look like they have a process issue that needs to be resolved. I don't know what that resolution may be or what they have going on internally, but this didn't take long for a lot of dissatisfaction to be made apparent.
I would talk to the manager. You SHOULD be given a realistic time frame as to when it can be looked at OR if the truck is driveable, give you the option to make an appt. for another day.
Grant is the service manager.
P.S. I have no affiliation with Varsity Ford, nor do I get my vehicles serviced there.
quote:Hmmm, I believe jenniferjoe just called you a fibber.
Varsity Ford was just purchased by Tomball Ford.
quote:Well, this is getting awkward....
Varsity was just purchased by Tomball. The other deal fell through about a month ago.
