Any recommendations for a local store that sells kitchen faucets?

Note: I'm interested in additional options other than LOWES/HOME DEPOT/WALMART.

Thanks!

Moore Supply Co. On Dowling -- right by intersection of Welborn and 2818 (they have a web site.)

We remodeled a year ago and that's where our builder sent us. Lots of selection and helpful people.

I would say Moore Supply Co. too...though unless you're going east and exiting onto the "frontage road" past Holleman, I'd recommend just going up from Holleman and turning left on Dowling (or if you're coming from the south, use Cain or Rock Prairie toward Holleman).

If you want high end, go to a specialty plumbing store and look at the names, such as

Altmans
or Brizo

Depending on which room in the house, a faucet from a showroom can start at $800

Tip: Look on the internet for last year's model. Not kidding. Designer faucets are like fashion.

You can pick up an older model for about 80% off.

Keep in mind, all the parts for repair are hard to get.

There are a few third party sellers on Amazon that really deliver.

Look for solid brass construction (not the finish)
Make sure valves are included

Buy new supply lines

Homeclick.com is a great resource for better fixtures. No sales tax either!
