Does this website ever work? I have tried searching the Civil records several times recently and it never works. I get an error stating "Justice Web is over capacity and could not complete your request. Please click on the Refresh button below in 30 seconds to run your request again."

For about the last six months it rarely works after about 6pm. It usually works fine during normal work hours mon-fri, no idea why this is the case now.

I've never had a problem using it.
It is a crapshoot...half the time it doesn't work for me.
