For all, I am still searching. People seem to be all over the place on estimates. Hard to compare apples to apples sometimes between builders and the quality.

I was my own gc. My wife and I designed it and I subed everything out. The building is a weld up, not bolt together kit, but I gave my specs to the building contractor so he could size beams to handle specific loads.
