Finally bit the bullet on a Saker 7.62. Shop guys say it's been around 2-3mo for snail mail, but have had one come back in 45 days. Any advice on how to bide my time until my awesome is released from purgatory? What wait times are y'all seeing? Last time I bought a stamp for my SBR it took 15mo so I had nearly forgotten about it. If wait time estimates are accurate I'm still gonna be pretty antsy.

And whoooop! I has a suppressor on the way.

I have been waiting on my GA Recce 7 mod 3 since September 24th. The wait is definitely tough. Good luck with your can and let us all know how you like it when it comes in.

I've been waiting more than 4 months for my Saker, so don't get married to that 2-3 month thing. NFATracker.com says it's about 126 days at this point.

You're in good company... I submitted 2 form 1's last week. 1 for another SBR build and another for a suppressor build.

It'll go by faster than you think. I have a saker 7.62 and it's been great...to be honest, it's the only suppressor I've used.
Try waiting six months for your buddy to dip the stock of a 10/22 breakdown w/integrally suppressed barrel...which took 6.5 months to get back from Thompson machine. Needless to say I've been a little pissy with him lately since I've never shot the damn thing.

I heard that 4 months was about the average for Form 1's. There may be a delay due to the holidays. I just want to get mine before election season next year.

Biggest motivating factor for me as well. And the doom and gloomers talking about the prez trying something big with guns after the holidays. I'm sure it's just saber rattling, but had the scratch and decided now was the time.

I'm just ready to get to work on installing my stock. It's just been sitting in the safe as an AK pistol for the time being. It came with that stabilizing forearm brace, but I think it just looks stupid with it on there.
