TWC merged with Charter. This is the media arm that includes Warner Bros., HBO, TNT, TBS and CNN.

I saw this TV too. So what is the deal with AT&T buying Time Warner?

I see that Spectrum is advertising 60 MB as their entry speed for the internet of $29.95. I pay a lot more than that for half that speed.

Wonder what is going on?

Scroll up. TWC and Time Warner have been separately operating companies for quite awhile.
