I am trying to set up an SMS text auto responder so that I can have home buyers text in keywords and they get information text to them but I don't want to pay $45 per month. Is their a good way to set this up on my own? I tried a method using gmail and google voice that I found online but it didn't work.

You could use something like Twilio but it will require programming.
